Can I take class?

If you want to feel a little stronger or are coming back from an injury or even are just tired of being your chair’s favorite butt, you’ve found your class! Body Reset is low impact and simple, but very effective. If you have a current injury, chronic pain, or have a condition you are aware of, keep yourself safe! This class can be used as a way to ease yourself back into activity, but at your own caution. We practice small muscle strengthening and dynamic stretching with a bit of neck work at the end.

HOW MUCH THOUGH

“The full class with dynamic stretching and strengthening is 10€ but there are monthly class samples that are completely free!”
